1. Acceptance

By installing or using CTRL+ALT+Email (the "Add-in"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Add-in.

2. Description

CTRL+ALT+Email is a free Microsoft Excel add-in that enables users to send personalised bulk emails using data from their spreadsheets. Emails are sent via Microsoft's Graph API using the user's own Microsoft 365 account.

3. Cost

The Add-in is provided free of charge. There are no premium tiers, usage limits, or hidden fees.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for using the Add-in in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• You must not use the Add-in to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• You are responsible for the content of any emails you send.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Add-in is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Add-in, including but not limited to data loss, delivery failures, or account suspensions resulting from misuse.

6. Microsoft Account

The Add-in requires a Microsoft 365 account for authentication and email sending. Your use of Microsoft services is governed by Microsoft's own terms of service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-in constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
