Emails are sent from your own Microsoft 365 / Outlook account via the Microsoft Graph API. They appear in your Sent folder as normal emails.
Your spreadsheet data never leaves your machine. The add-in reads your data locally and only sends the composed emails through Microsoft's secure infrastructure.
